The first step of our process is understanding exactly what you want from your outdoor space. Every project starts with an initial site visit where you'll have the chance to explain exactly what you want from the project. When designing a successful outdoor space there are many issues to consider: the primary purpose of the space; sun, soil, and water conditions; privacy; security; safety of children and pets; and much more.
Deep Roots uses this information to produce a personalized plan for your project, and to present you with a detailed proposal. We invite and encourage your input during the entire project and are happy to adjust our proposal until you are completely satisfied. We also provide a detailed project schedule, including start and completion dates. Any deviations from the original contract will be presented as an official change order and no work will proceed until your signature has been obtained. Deep Roots offers a 2 year warranty on all hardscapes we install* and are always willing to come back to address any customer concerns.
